Once a week, I strive to plan a week’s worth of meals and only go to the store once a week to shop! I thought I’d start sharing how we plan!
This was the plan over the last week.
I purchased a 5# pork loin on sale and used it for 3 meals!
We have beef in the freezer from a local farmer, so I try and use it for at least 2-3 meals a week.
- Tex-Mex Fried Rice (substituted the spicy sausage for the pork)
- Tuscan Chicken with Penne (substituted the chicken for pork)
- Chicken Enchiladas (substituted the chicken for pork)
- Fried Cube Steak
- Salisbury Steak Meatballs with Mushroom Gravy
For side-dishes, we just have sliced veggies, salad, and bread if we have it.
I leave the other nights free to do left-overs or something impromptu. I also am adding in a fun side dish that Rob loves, Stuffed Mushrooms.
